1 Fees

Washington Homeownership Center (“WHC”) will collect payment from you when you purchase listing space on any one of various websites published by WHC that show affordable home listings, www.AffordableHomeFinder.org and/or www.homeownership-wa.org/homes.php, (“The Websites").You are responsible for purchase of and payment of listings. Your listing will not be added to the Website if your payment isn't received prior to the date requested. Delays will occur if your payment is received late.

2 Listing Approval

Your listing is subject to our approval. We have the right to deny your listing request for any reason and payment(s) will be refunded to you if payment is in receipt.

3 Refunds

WHC will consider all refund requests, however, we have the right to deny your refund for any reason including, but not limited to, the non sale of your property. Email the reason for your refund request, including the session number, to refund@homeownership-wa.org.
