Join the Parade by l isting your open house properties under $350,000.  All listings and photos will appear on kirotv.com, and AffordableHomeParade.org.  In addition, your listing will be eligible for a $40 discount on Comcast NW Real Estate ON DEMAND.

•Realtors: sign up your customers for a first-time homebuyer orientation and take them on the Showcase Home tour

HOW TO SUBMIT A LISTING  

SUPPLY THE  FOLLOWING INFORMATION WHICH WILL APPEAR ON kirotv.com & AffordableHomeParade.org:

• Agent Name, Company Name and Contact Phone Number

• Complete Property Address (Address, City, and Zip)

• Exact Price:  (Maximum purchase price for event is $350,000)

• Property description – limit is 225 characters including space and punctuation.

PROPERTY PHOTO INSTRUCTIONS

• Minimum Photo Size – 540x360 pixels

• Attach photo to email, please do not embed it in the body
