HOW TO GET INVOLVED AS A SHOWCASE HOME SPONSOR

Participating Builders, Developers, and Remodelers/ Real Estate Professionals agree to:  

• Provide a minimum of one (1) fully-furnished Showcase unit priced below $350,000 and open during show hours 
• Provide a $500 ($100 for Non-Profits) donation per Showcase unit to Washington Homeownership Center

YOU WILL RECEIVE:  

• Your Showcase Home will be highlighted on the Parade of Affordable Homes Map and Passport. The map and guide will be printed and available at all Showcase homes as well as online at KIROTV.com and affordablehomeparade.org.  
• Your Company/ Development logo will be included on KIROTV.com and affordablehomeparade.org with a link to your company’s website.
• You will receive a large yard sign for each sponsored Showcase Home
• One seat at the kickoff Partnership Breakfast June 15th  (Addl tickets: $50)
