Builders - Developers

Since 1996, Community Home Ownership Center (CHOC) has provided information and referral to over 20,000 low and moderate income first-time homebuyers in the Puget Sound region.  In 1999, our mission was expanded statewide and now, Washington Homeownership Center (WHC) continues to build on that mission as the state's most comprehensive clearinghouse of information relating to first-time homebuyers with less wealth.

We have launched an Affordable Home Finder site that lists HUD homes, Non-profit and profit market properties. If you are interested in listing with us, please complete the online listing form or email questions to listingquestions@homeownership-wa.org and a staff member will contact you.

WHC has historically not developed strong relationships with the builder and developer communities, however, Washington Homeownership Center is in a unique position to help our low and moderate- income clients find affordable housing for purchase, and at the same time, help developers and builders sell, or even pre-sell, new construction housing units.

Whether you would like to develop a mutually beneficial partnership with Washington Homeownership Center, sign up with our extensive statewide database, or volunteer your time, WHC will look for ways to enhance your business while continuing to serve and work in the best interests of our clients.
