There are many ways that you can help us to achieve our mission of home ownership for those with less wealth. 

You may wish to volunteer your time serving on a committee, working at a Homebuyer Fair, or teaching one of our Homebuyer Education Seminars.  We could not keep our doors open at WHC if it were not for our generous corporate sponsors and individual donors.  If you would like to make a personal donation,check with your company to see if they provide matching funds. Make check payable to Washington Homeownership Center and mail to 18551 Aurora Avenue, Ste. 2700, Shoreline, WA 98133-3992.

At Washington Homeownership Center, we are dedicated to providing value to our corporate funding partners while continuing to serve our clients with unbiased information and education.  We recognize that our clients are also potential customers of our lending and real estate corporate partners.  However, we strongly believe that the best way for our funding parters to attract our clients as customers, is to support dedicated consultants that are committed to serving first-time homebuyers with less wealth, have a full knowledge of all first-time homebuyer assistance programs, and are willing to spend the extra time and effort that is sometimes needed to provide our clients with the very best home and loan package possible.
