Since 1996, Community Home Ownership Center (CHOC) has had strong relationships with individual real estate professionals, Seattle-King County Association of Realtors (R), the Washington Association of Realtors (R), and many local and regional real estate agencies. Now, Washington Homeownership Center (WHC) is not only carrying on that tradition, but exploring ways in which we can develop more mutually beneficial partnerships in the future.

We have launched an Affordable Home Finder site that lists HUD homes, Non-profit and profit market properties. If you are interested in listing with us, please complete the online listing form or email questions to listingquestions@homeownership-wa.org and a staff member will contact you.
