Other Homebuyer Fairs and Events

The home buying process at times can feel overwhelming and confusing. There are many events throughout the state that can provide you with information on the home buying process. These events are generally free and offer you the opportunity to talk one on one with local service providers.

The majority of assistance programs require that you have attended a First-Time Home Buyer Education seminar sponsored by the Washington State Housing Finance Commission.  Click here for a list of current classes offered throughout the state.

Our 2007 Parade of Affordable Homes was a success. Please check back for information about the 2008 Parade of Affordable Homes Tour.
