How the HOPE Counselor Program Can Help You

The HOPE Counselor Program combines personalized housing counseling expertise in mortgage lending and extensive knowledge of down payment and other gap financing programs. We can help you overcome barriers to homeownership such as credit issues, lack of savings, or unusual job circumstances.

We can order and review your credit report, and assist you in determining a plan of action should your credit need repair. Our Loan Counselors will research and bundle together the best available mortgage and down payment assistance programs, and then introduce you to various lending institutions that can process the assistance programs that we have outlined for you. All of this is possible because we know the people and the programs in your community that can help you bridge the affordability gap and achieve homeownership.

Best of all, the HOPE Counselor Program is free and unbiased.

To assess your readiness and help you determine your next step, call our Homeownership Hotline at 866.600.6466 or complete our online form and a counselor will contact you shortly thereafter.
