            Step 1 - Education

Attend a Commission-sponsored homebuyer education seminar. These classes are always FREE and are at least five hours long. The Washington State Housing Finance Commission trains lenders and real estate professionals about the state bond loans available for first-time, low- and moderate income homebuyers and the homebuyer education seminars. Washington Homeownership Center offers monthly classes that provide additional information about assistance programs available for low and moderate income homebuyers and we are committed to providing the most unbiased curriculum possible. Click here for a schedule of the next WHC Homebuyer Education Seminar. A list of other Commision-sponsored classes given by presenters that have received training are available by clicking here.
