Le th\u00e8me de cette ann\u00e9e est\u00a0<strong>Les chemins vers l\u2019appartenance financi\u00e8re !<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Au cours des deux derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, BOWA a explor\u00e9 l&#039;appartenance financi\u00e8re et discut\u00e9 des obstacles et des d\u00e9fis rencontr\u00e9s par les communaut\u00e9s marginalis\u00e9es, historiquement exclues des services financiers traditionnels.
