Marc Coté is the Executive Director of Parkview Services. Originally from Maine, Marc attended the University of Maine where he received his Master of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering. He worked as an electrical engineer until 1995 when he changed careers and moved to Seattle.

Louis’s focus has been in the areas of development, homebuilding, commercial, marketing, affordable housing organizations, and promoting homeownership initiatives. Louis is driven by the mission to be a difference maker in the lives of people and build success one opportunity at a time.

Garrett Kalt is the co-founder of People First Communications, where he helps housing nonprofits build sustainable support through people-centered storytelling and relationship-based fundraising. A Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE) and Project Management Professional (PMP), he has secured millions in funding and launched numerous successful monthly giving programs, driven by his belief that the housing crisis is solvable.

She works with local organizations and nonprofits by teaching classes to help people achieve their goals of understanding budgeting and credit, first time home buying and benefits of community involvement within business. She is a wife, mother and active church member who loves to sing.

Heather Lyons is the Homeownership Services Director at Community Frameworks.
