Habitat for Humanity Seattle-King & Kittitas Counties - Veteran Down Payment Assistance
Up to $150,000 in down payment assistance exclusively for veteran buyers of Habitat homes. This DPA does not accrue interest and can be put towards any Habitat SKKC home to bring down the total cost and the monthly payments to be affordable for the buyer.

Eligibility:
- Must be a United States veteran
- King & Kittitas Counties ONLY
- Must meet Habitat SKKC’s other homeownership program criteria
- Income at or below 80% AMI
- Have 1% down payment
- First-time homebuyer (not owned a home in the last 3 years)
- Live or work in the county the home is in
- Willingness to complete Habitat program requirements
