Vetted Lending and Real Estate Referral Partner Directory

The real estate and lending professionals listed in this directory have completed WHRC’s Referral Partner Vetting and Onboarding Process, which includes required training, review of licensing and professional standing, and a signed commitment to uphold principles of equity in homeownership consistent with our mission and the Black Home Initiative.

This directory is a developing resource. WHRC is actively conducting outreach and onboarding additional partners, and some counties or regions of Washington State may not yet be represented. Many lending professionals serve clients statewide and are licensed accordingly, while real estate professionals often work regionally; we are continuing to expand regional representation over time.
