About the 2026 Washington State Affordable Homeownership Forum

Mark your calendars for our statewide convening for affordable homeownership advocates, practitioners, and partners across the nonprofit, public, and private sectors.

This year, we are intentionally bringing our work closer to communities. Under the theme Closer to Home, the Washington State Affordable Homeownership Forum will focus on how our statewide network can collaborate to create meaningful engagement and measurable impact for homebuyers and homeowners across Washington.

This statewide, online event is designed for broad participation by advocates, service providers, policymakers, funders, lenders, and other affordable homeownership champions. The Forum is not a consumer-facing event; rather, it is a space for the field to align, learn, and prepare to engage communities more deeply throughout the year and in these challenging times.
