Pierce County Disaster Management and Response Educational Workshop

Pierce County Disaster Management and Response Educational workshop will be working to help families in the area learn and develop Emergency Plans, Evacuation Strategies, Low/No cost Emergency Kit, and the 14 recognized Natural Disasters and Man-Made Hazards.

This event is targeted to homeowners, residents, and those operating within the Pierce County area, however, much of the information is universal to the state. Those outside the area are welcome to join and learn about home planning, kits, and more. For those outside the region they will want to check with their city or county for what their disaster management teams’ response looks like and any additional vulnerabilities within the area.
